These terms are the agreement between you and Enatna when you create an account and use the app. Please read them — by ticking "I agree to the Terms of Service" when you sign up, you accept them.
Enatna is a study app for the Ethiopian Grade 6, Grade 8 and Grade 12 national exams, operated by an independent developer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Enatna is made for school students, and many of our students are children. If you are under 18, you may use Enatna with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or teacher. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for any purchases made on your child's account.
You must give accurate information when signing up, and you may not share your account or password with anyone else.
English is free. Other subjects are a one-time unlock — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current prices are shown in the app before you pay (Grade 6 subjects are 250 ETB each, Grade 8 subjects 240 ETB each and Grade 12 subjects 440 ETB each; buying a whole exam as a bundle is 200 ETB cheaper than buying its subjects one by one).
Payments are made outside the app using Telebirr or CBE Birr, and you upload a screenshot of your payment as confirmation. We check it by hand and unlock your subjects, usually quickly, but please allow up to 24 hours.
7-day money-back promise. If you are not happy with Enatna for any reason, ask for a refund within 7 days of your subjects being unlocked and we will refund the full amount you paid. You don't have to give a reason. Once the refund is sent, the subjects you paid for are locked again. The promise applies once per student for each exam level.
After those 7 days, unlocks are generally non-refundable because the content is digital and unlocks immediately. We will still refund you in these cases:
If you paid for the wrong subject or the wrong exam level, tell us and we will usually swap it for the right one.
To request a refund, contact us using the details in section 1 with the phone number you paid from and the date of payment. We aim to respond within 3 days. Refunds are sent back to the mobile-money number you paid from.
Enatna includes friends, messaging and quiz battles. When using these, you must not:
Messages are automatically filtered for offensive language. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.
The questions, flashcards, explanations, designs, logo and name "Enatna" belong to us. You may use them for your own studying. You may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute our question banks or flashcards, or use them to build another app or study product.
Past exam papers and curriculum material produced by the Ethiopian Ministry of Education remain the property of their owners; we provide them only as study aids.
If you believe something in Enatna infringes your copyright, contact us using the details in section 1 with a description of the work and where it appears, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account inside the app. This permanently removes your profile, study progress, friends, messages and unlocked subjects. It cannot be undone, and unused access is not refunded.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
We work hard to keep Enatna accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be online, error-free, or that studying with it guarantees any particular exam result. Our questions are practice material written to match the style of the national exams; they are not the real exam papers and are not endorsed by the Ministry of Education.
Some of our content is still under review by teachers and native Amharic speakers. If you spot a mistake, please tell us — it genuinely helps.
To the extent allowed by Ethiopian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If we change these terms we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will tell you inside the app. Continuing to use Enatna after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
